Membership fees
Membership runs from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
Application for renewal of membership 2024/25
- Subscription rates for 2024-25 are: Full Playing membership £195; First Year membership £135; Junior Membership £40; Social membership £25.
Member benefits include:
- Play bowls or croquet on normal club days – roll ups
- Members may also play outside of normal club days by arrangement
- If necessary bowls, mallets and equipment supplied for play
- Free coaching with qualified Bowls England and Croquet Association Croquet coaches
- Bring a guest to either bowls or croquet
Casual ‘pay and play’
You can also pay and play without being a member.
- All equipment provided
- Disabled toilet
- Car parking available
Price: £5 per person per game.
Dress code for play: simply bring your own flat shoes. No trainers with ridges or shoes with heels as they can damage the lawns. Or you can go bare foot!
Times of play during the season (April to September inclusive)
Bowls and Croquet
Fixed days of play for Bowls and Croquet will be at 2pm on:
- Wednesday
- Saturday
- Sunday
Please arrive at 2pm so teams can be decided and rinks allocated.
Pentanque
Summer 2023:Saturday/Sundays 1pm with possible further sessions
Winter 2023/24 Saturday/Sundays 2pm and 2.45pm. Timings may vary. The pitch is modified to allow up to 12 players per session.
Table Tennis
Since the start of our Monday afternoon Table Tennis, the players have continued to steadily develop into a fun group of committed attendees.
